Who is this course for?

This course is for first-time managers who were promoted internally within the last 2 years. You will also find this course beneficial if you are a manager who feels like you "missed something" when you were first promoted or you are struggling with people pleasing or delegating tasks.

How long will it take to work through this course?

This course is extremely practical and includes many self-learning assignments that could take time to complete. Most people take 3 - 4 months to complete the entire course, but you will be able to finish it sooner if you really dedicate time to it.

Will I get a certificate if I complete this course?

If you have completed the course and received a minimum of 80% for the 4 quizzes, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Can I put this course on my CV? Is it accredited?

This course is not currently accredited with any official educational institutions. The main aim of the course is to help people who have already been promoted to management to deal with some unexpected challenges.
